Investment Process - Portfolio Construction

Target a portfolio yield (after fees) that is 120% of the yield on the S&P 500

Target a portfolio dividend growth rate that is greater than the Inflation rate as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Selectively add positions in companies with low or no dividends that are growing rapidly.

Look to add a small number of higher yielding companies that also have opportunity for capital appreciation.
